Paid the $399 deposit. Buyer Beware
Paid the $399 deposit, then made arrangement for my pet to be picked up. When I attempted to confirm via text and phone, the guy ghosted me. Buyer beware!!!

Stellar service from Skoot Transport (via Citizenshipper)
We moved 22 cats for a non-profit and we could not be happier. Hunter Lowery of Skoot Pet transport services deserves a 10 star rating!! He immediately gave a very fair price (no price gouging). And then he was so responsive, attentive, respectful and flexible. Transport was from SFO (San Francisco Int’l airport) to a private destination near San Luis Obispo (4 hours of driving). Our flights were delayed by 5 hours, he WAITED for us! The delay also added an hour of travel onto our itinarary due to rush hour. He was so gracious and polite, taking it all in stride (even though he had a tight timeline the next morning.) He was extremely reasonable for the extra hours (no gouging again.) We cannot recommend him ENOUGH!! His van was marked out exactly for our kennels (every single twenty-two of them). His van had AC, he is a careful driver. He helped us up/download all crates/kennels right into the holding area rather than just in the driveway (above and beyond what was expected). A good human and animal lover. HIGHLY recommend this transport company SKOOT PETS.

I was lucky
I was lucky. I carefully chose someone, carefully read the shippers that bidded on my request. I made sure to choose someone that is USDA verified. Not all the people on here are money hungry. Some just want to travel, meet different dog breeds, etc.

Great service
We needed a transport that was reliable and caring for our new kitty. We have never used a pet transport serive before. Citizen shipper made it streamless and so easy to browse though options and have bids made for this journey. As soon as our request went up, the bids came rolling in. The transport we went with proivded us with live tracking and photos throughout the journey. Our new family member arrived happy and well taken care of. Will definitely be using again in the future if needed.

Very easy to use website
Very easy to use website. explained everything thoroughly. easy to pay as well. Never had a problem with communication with my transporter. Got offers within minutes! I tried using “petvanlines.com” and it was way more difficult. Had to call to get a quote and took them 2 days to call me back! with citizenship i got a transporter secured in hours! will definitely be using them again!!

This was a great experience. Individuals could give a quote to send our dog across country. The driver we chose was excellent. He provided daily tracking so we could watch her progress across country. He sent pictures and kept us well informed if any changes were necessary. I felt as though was dog was in excellent hands as she traveled. Would highly recommend and use the service again.

Great service
