The dog was taken good care of
The dog was taken good care of along the way. He had food and potty breaks. Updates were posted. Timing for the whole trip was shared. The driver was nice when we met him.

The platform works well
The platform works well and the service was solid. I did run into an issue with one of the shippers on the CitizenShipper platform, but after I filed a complaint, their customer service team stepped in and handled it professionally. They really made sure my concerns were addressed. I appreciate their support and would definitely use them again.

Best dog transportation site
I am a first time dog owner and used Citizenshipper to have our puppy driven from Missouri to Arizona. I ended up booking through Citizenshipper with the company Wags-N-Whiskers (HIGHLY recommend them as well!) Of course everyone is skeptical at first with these kinds of sites but we had an AMAZING experience and were connected with a wonderful company who drove our puppy across the country for us. The process was seamless and it was very reasonably priced and easy to use. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.
