Clifton did an amazing job keeping us all updated with pictures and Lyric's schedules of sleeping, eating and potty breaks. We were very pleased and comfortable with how well Clifton cared for Lyric and the timing of her arrival. Lyric enjoyed a safe and relaxing trip. We considered flights and this route for her transport and we are so glad we chose Clifton. If you have a pet who would be best cared for by a personal transport to a location rather than the trauma that could forever effect them through commercial airline travel all alone, Clifton is who you should contact! Safe, reliable and our dog simply loved her time with him. Clifton put her blankets up front and in the back seat so she could choose where she wanted to ride and even offered to stop for Lyrics favorite peanut butter Chex treats, before his arrival, knowing our rural grocier may not have it in stock. Way to go, Clifton!!!

I needed help on redirect as I had used your site before and it would not let me log in correctly. Helper was good as she sent me a different way link to log in and it worked. Site is hard to use and I needed help. Not good in this day and age of web building.

Just wish the stacked shipments were sent when helpful, not 2 weeks after trip is completed.

Simple, efficient and trustworthy!

I gave citizen shipper a try, placing 50 bids as per their promotion offering a $25 bonus for customers just starting out. I checked in to see when I could expect this payment, after fulfilling my required number of bids, and ready to keep bidding if the company fulfilled their promise. Unfortunately Citizenshipper accused me of making my bids fraudulently, and did not pay out. No proof offered, no explanations. I contacted them several times to ask why. No answers. I closed my account and asked to be taken off the mailing list. I kept getting emails and promotional offers though. Left with a strong dislike and distrust for this company, I signed up with them in good faith, made honest bids, and they did not fulfill their side.
