CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

very iffy at first, but i read revies that kept me at ease. but everything turned out great! so many offers with reviews and images. would do it again if need be!

Seamless to use. Will definitely use again if need arises!

I would definitely recommend Citizen Shipper to anyone for transportation of their furry loved ones. They are very professional and courteous.

I did not even know that this kind of service was available. When I bought my new house and was planning the move, one of my chief concerns was the transportation of my pets. Many thoughts were running through my head; do I transport them cross country (West Coast to East Coast) in my car?, should I book an airline transport? I started to research transportation of pets online. I found Citizen Shipper! I was completely amazed by how many transporters were under the Citizen Shipper banner. What I really enjoyed, was the fact that the carriers can put in a bid on when and where the pets want to be transported, and those bids are private! I selected the carrier of my choice, based on price and also REVIEWS. Reviews are so very important when selecting a carrier. I realize that it takes someone very special in the transportation of pets. I now am aware of how much work these transporters do! My pets were delivered on time, and with a lot of care from the transporter! If you are in a dilemma about getting your precious cargo from and to your destination, PLEASE USE CITIZEN SHIPPER. They made my life a lot easier, because let's face it; MOVING IS ONE OF THE MOST STRESSFUL THINGS IN LIFE!!!!

Maybe I missed it but the fees that were charged by Citizen Shipper separate from the carrier's fees, weren't clearly made available so when I saw I was charged roughly $80 on top of my carrier's fees I was a bit surprised.

I hope that this is a repeat of my previous review. Great resource and service. Flight Nanny performed over the top, from before the flight with knowledge, experience, planning and flawless execution. She traveled with us and our dog all the way to our Airbnb in Norway. Thank You Again
