CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

Do Kim made a reasonable offer. We accepted. He showed up as planned, provided updates throughout the trip, and arrived as planned. He provided excellent service and was a pleasure to work with.

Awesome very satisfied

This company is vety caring

Our experience with Citizen Shipper was very positive. As soon as we posted our ad we began receiving replies and quotes. There were many transports to choose from and we researched quite a few of them and also read their reviews. Our first transport canceled abruptly on us and when we reached out to Citizen Shipper they promptly refunded us our booking fee. This is just plain, excellent customer service. We would definitely use this service again!

Great site to use. Was so easy and worked out well for shipper and reciever.

Booking was very easy and we received a great service from the person we chose

Outstanding wonderful. They were great at everything

As far as finding reliable, background checked drivers to take just about any thing anywhere I would give CitizenShipper 5 stars. The same for the ease and efficiency of making the connection and securing the booking with your chosen driver. But I feel the$500 booking fee to CitizenShipper is a bit steep for what they don't provide and for which there seems to be a need. There is no mechanical or emergency assistance for the drivers once they are on the road. Once a driver is engaged there appears to be no obligation on the part of CitizenShipper to ensure your transport is completed. If something devastating happens to your driver, CitizenShipper does not step in to help the driver nor the customer. The customer my have no way of knowing nor any avenue for compensation. It is all between the driver and the customer.
