Worthwhile site
Site was quick to respond to application. Gave a good cross section of possible shippers. Giving their charges earlier would have been better. Was able to select an excellent shipper.

Transporter lost our dog
Transporter lost our dog. Didn't notify us til the next day. Dog was found dead on the roadside beside the transporter's hotel. She sent us the hotel bill and did not refund the money we paid her for the trip. We are grieving and miserable. Total disaster.

Great service provided
Citizen shipper is a great service. It saved us time money and a huge amount of hassle when we wanted to ship some furniture and books across the country. I would definitely recommend it!
