Citizens shippers was easy to get the right transportation for my needs. However I would have liked a cheaper rate for using the cite. I still would recommend the cite to others if they need to have something transported. The people at the company made sure that everything was legit because I was hesitant at first thinking this was some kind of scam, but it wasn’t it was very reliable and legal they have my vote!!! Still lower the price for fixed income seniors. Thank you citizens shippers.com

Pet Transportation
Pet Transportation CitizenShipper did make it easy to find a service to transport my pet, but I was not made aware of their service fee before I booked the service. This should be made clearer to the user prior to booking.

As far as drivers
As far as drivers, there are plenty of them with all different personalities. Men of many of them get attitude when you don’t except their overpriced bids but once you weed through the drama, you could find a fairly priced, reliable transport. Say charges a service fee separate from the drivers fee and it’s quite expensive. I definitely get quotes from other sites in about 25% of the time citizenship are as competitive
Response from CitizenShipperSep 9, 2022
Dear Shaine, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m so sorry it fell short of your expectations, and I appreciate the opportunity to respond to your review. We always strive to facilitate a positive and memorable transport, and unfortunately we fell short this time. We care deeply about our customers, and we’re committed to constantly improving the quality of our support and services. Our team works hard to provide exceptional value through stringent ID verifications, background checks and our driver-matching services. By taking these tasks into our hands, we help save our customers time, money and unnecessary worry. Again, I apologize that your experience with CitizenShipper didn’t reflect this. We understand the importance of customer feedback — and we’re here listening with the goal to continually improve our platform. Please email [email protected] if I can be of further assistance.
