Ruby Slippers to the rescue! Highly recommend they took excellent care of my grand fur baby, we loved the pictures along the way and the communication. If you have the slightest doubt (like we did) then put those doubts to rest and know that your pet will most definitely be in the best hands during transport. Ruby Slippers feels like family and made our fur baby feel comfortable and at home. Our little Rose (fur baby) is a rescue and is very nervous around new people, Ruby Slippers has the expertise to gain trust and the gentle understanding of how to help our little Rose feel so loved. I can’t say enough amazing things about Ruby Slippers! We will most definitely use again, especially being in the military!! Thank you Ruby Slippers!!!

I liked the process of getting multiple bids and being able to choose which one was right for me. The steps are not clearly spelled out on how to book and pay. Nor is the citizen shipper fee transparent. The process is very simple. But as a first time user, I could not figure out what to do. I also think knowing what time zone a provider is working in would assist with communication expectations. That way I’m not sending messages at 10 pm or 4 am to someone and wondering why they aren’t communicating with me.

I had a few drivers ask very rude questions which I did not appreciate

Working with this platform was easy but booking with the transporters was a bit tricky as many would back out on the job after accepting it. Nevertheless, the customer service aspect of booking with the drivers was always easy.
