CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

Easy to use platform. Very good experience. Would use again.

Great company and makes finding reliable shipping easy. I do think the fees are a little high though.

CitizenShipper is an absolute great platform to use if you need to get your fur baby transported with care. Immediately after providing my needs to CitizenShipper, I received messages from verified shippers ranging from vans to personal drivers with immediate to flexible travel dates, all with competitive bids! My original driver canceled and CitizenShipper helped reopen my needs and I booked an alternative driver quickly, without the need to change my pick up date. They were responsive to my emails too, as I was nervous. I definitely recommend this platform. And I highly recommend that you review the profiles of each bidder to find one that fits your needs , even those beginners.

I tried to identify pet transport services through logical sources: vet did not know; told me to contact breeders n area. No response. Thought to talk to pet stores. Big names were no help. At last stop, Pet Supplies Plus one employee mentioned CS. I went home put in my info and was unprepared for the number of bids I received almost instantly. Was not expecting this and choosing was tough but we went from nothing to our choice in an instant.

Using CitizenShipper was totally worth the fee. When I made my request, I have at least 15 responses within the first few minutes and more in the 2-3 days following. Also, being able to bookmark the responses was helpful, as the first response that I thought was going to work out, fell through at the 11th hour, but I was able to contact 3 of the responses that I had marked and contacted them. I then got a response from Pet Vacations & Transport and everything worked out! I would definitely use this service again.

The service provider I selected did very well getting my gentle giants (2-2 YO St. Bernards) halfway across the country. I have been a bit annoyed about all the follow-up emails I have received from CitizenShipper despite emailing them that we had received the dogs and did not plan to ship more animals anytime soon.

Citizen Shipper did a great job of hooking me up with a great dog shipper. The entire experience was perfect and I couldn't have been happier.

Professional.. Trustworthy Excellent.. Would recommend them ..
