CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

Great service for locating Pet transporters.

We got a large number of bids for our transport job, and it was very easy to communicate with the contractors. I also felt comfortable in that these contractors were vetted and had reviews which helped us determine who to pick.

Good communication and fast response

CitizenShipper is providing a valuable intermediary function where one is critically needed. There are entirely too many shippers who are colluding on price and at the same time delivering poor performance. Dealing directly with the transporters is both important and reassuring. You can develop the confidence you are dealing with the right person for the right job. Our only aggravations were that we received an invitation for a larger discount after we received and used a small one and the user interface for first-time users was less than ideal.

You need an app! This would be a lot better experience if it was app based instead of web based. For the customer and the transporters.

This site made finding someone to help me move a very heavy boat hull very simple! Saved $ too! Felt good to support the worker directly as opposed to shelling out a bunch of extra money to fund a business. The guy I hired (Martin) was spectacular and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The whole process from search on this site to removal of the boat hull took less than 24 hours.

Loved the app. Was easy to find someone that suited our preferences and budget

This was really an effortless experience. The CitizenShipper website and process is very easy to navigate and I received a large number of responses almost immediately.
