I was extremely nervous of the thought of having our dogs being transported from Ohio to Texas. However, everyone that I dealt with was extremely caring and thorough and assured me that everything would be taken care of. After talking with the drivers in advance ( Karen & James ) I felt way more comfortable. I received updates on there ETA along with pictures of our dogs at rest stops and the hotel that they stayed over night at. I could not of been more pleased. Thank all of you. 👍

It started out shaky, but customer service via email only did provide good support to a resolution.

This platform made it so swift to schedule someone literally within an hour or so of signing up! Not only was finding a candidate a swift process, though many of the profiles on the site seemed like great candidates! I was able to narrow it down to one candidate, and I literally could not have asked for a better travel handler for my beloved fur family! I very much feel comfort in this experience of sending my beloved animal pets on a 24+ hour road trip. I would have not guessed I would begin to feel this way even just less than a week ago when I first began the search process in a state of worry.
