They do get you a bunch of bids for you…
They do get you a bunch of bids for you but charge about a 20% fee on top of what you pay delivery company for basically doing nothing and to boot they didn't reply to my email when I asked about a 15% coupon that I asked them to resend.

The delivery person was great
The delivery person was great, but your rate of $190 at the end was too much for a simple booking. Had I known this I would have gone elsewhere.

The Driver was very reasonable
The Driver was very reasonable. And delivered or cat in good health. But citizinshipper as a company. Is very expensive for there service. The rate chart says one thing. But they charged me 75 dollars. And the rate chart showed 50 dollars. The drivers are charged to be able to bid. So they get paid twice. Will not use again.

Do not use CitizenShipper
Do not use CitizenShipper, it's no better than Craigslist. These people did not run background checks, did not verify safety precautions were met, and did nothing to help in the wake of their negligence. They guarantee a reimbursement up to $1k if something goes wrong, and I never saw a cent. They never answered a letter from my lawyer and stopped responding to my issue. Their platform is supposed to provide an extra layer of safety + support, they do not do that. Just use craigslist.

It's great that your website and…
It's great that your website and service are available. There certainly needs to be more standardized payment options - because of the MANY payment services on the internet there is no forewarning that some of them need several days to connect to a bank account to make payments...that causes problems. You shouldn't allow the service providers (drivers) to have just anyone they use, but they should be required to have a standard payment system that YOU set - that's because YOU can let customers KNOW the timeline of these payments systems.
