Tina from B&T transport gave a very good service for my dog!

I went with a different company to transport my dog to me. But chose TeeRex Delivery Service through Citizen Shipper to bring my boxes of personal items all the way from Florida to Washington State. Keith delivered everything safe and sound and Barbara's communication was very important through the whole experience. Citizen Shipper made sure all my needs were met. Thank you everyone!

It wasn't clear that once I booked a transporter, a $240.00 fee is immediately tacked on for this website on top of the estimate I agreed too.

Great website for connecting people with the service they need. There's a booking fee both parties pay. And no worries pet transport fee is not paid until you receive your pets! :)

We were happy to find a driver to deliver our puppy at short notice. My one complaint is the amount that Citizen shipper charged. We had a budget $300 for the job but ended up agreeing to $350 with our driver, but at checkout an extra $84.99 was added without warning, or a request for confirmation that was acceptable. If I'd been given the option to decline I would have. I think it needs to be more transparent and customers need to be given the opportunity to decline.

I felt like the $59 fee was a bit high, but the driver was excellent and the speed of response and constant communication were phenomenal.
