CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

Seamless experience overall and very helpful — the concept was thought through: you provide a description of the job and instantly receive matches from vendors. It helped to have many options but I was easily overwhelmed by the influx of follow ups; this was depended on the vendors and nothing to do with CitizenShipper. In the end, I was able to find a suitable vendor who provided excellent service and gave me a positive experience so it worked out.

Easy to use and just what I needed

Was a great company to do business with they got my Boat to me fast. You get bids from different haulers. I got a lower bid but decided to go with luxury transport services they were professional to me on the phone The low price ain't always the best

Read the fine print before you sign up with his company. So I found a driver who was nothing short of an angel, I was scammed out of $400 by the first one. When I went to the Citizen shipper website, there were three other people who had been scammed as well, and none of us had been notified.

I've used CitizenShipper twice now to transport my son's dog from NYC to Los Angeles, and both transporters have been amazing.

We started receiving info & quotes within minutes of posting our puppy transport need. It was totally smooth sailing from start to finish. Our pups arrived on time & in great shape.

I received a great number of responses and I picked the right guy to deliver our puppy. The driver was everything we could ask for. The puppy came from a very good and honest breeder.

Quick turnaround. Service exactly what we requested.
