Great website

I wasn't sure what to do when I decided to get a pair of Kittens. The owner lived in Washington and I lived far south in Oregon near the Calif border. I knew I couldn't make the drive so I googled pet transport and this company came up in the listing. I put in my request and within an hour had a lot of transporters to choose from. Very simple, easy process and had locked in travel arrangements within a very short time. Thank you so much for being there.

Overall, I am extremely thankful for this service. It was a little overwhelming at first because so many people were messaging me. But thankfully I found the perfect person. I honestly did not know about the fee and some of the rules (ex: not able to share contact until after booked, certain paperwork and processes, etc). CitizenShipper could have been a little more helpful and transparent about those types of things.

Received plenty of bids fast. The transporter that I chose was awesome! Would recommend

Transport should vetted, we need to be able to see the types of vehicle utilized...The selection and options

I had not a single issue I did have multiple bids placed, and even though drivers don’t have a bunch of reviews I was a bit leery, but the driver I chose I couldn’t have been more happier with I had on the spot transportation and Georgia was amazing. He didn’t have a bunch of reviews he had maybe three but let me tell you his presence And super friendliness and not being pushy was what made me book him and I got my boy cash and this gentleman was nothing but the upmost respectful he kept my dog safe and he got him to me safely so just because someone has a five star review or no reviews do the research and you don’t have to always go with the person who had a bunch of reviews reviews my dog wasn’t in a crowded van he has JaJa one on one attention it was nice

Great first-time experience. I used this service to transport a puppy from Oregon to SoCal. I got over 30 bids and found Fern transportation who answered all of my questions, took great care of my new puppy along the way, and delivered a big on-time surprise for my kids. This site saved me significant money and time with regard to air travel, rental car, gas, lodging food, and then 18 hour's drive back home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for affordable transport service!!

Easy to use hassle-free professional company. Was happy with the service provided would recommend them to others and would use them again
