Driver was a subcontractor- not the one we reviewed online (your website) we felt deceived

Customer service fast , reliable and kind. Drivers response very fast, many choices among them. Drivers reviews very clear and all there to be seen. All the information about drivers verified.. Citizens Shippers are 100% careful about it's business. I trust to use this site.

Genia of Flight Nannies assisted in relocating my dog, Bettina, across the country to her new home. She made a stressful situation easier to navigate. We were in regular communication and the complete relocation was accomplished in the estimated time frame. Bettina traveled well and is now in her new home.

Experience was great.

I love that CitizenShipper exists. I used them to transport my Mom's parrot and it was amazing how quickly I received responses with fantastic info, reviews, photos - vehicle descriptions, and bids! Everyone was very responsive to my questions and I found the perfect person - I actually found several perfect people! The person that transported him was amazing, caring, and made sure that he was safe and comfy and sent me updates and photos. I would 100% use this service again - I would love to use that particular drier again!

Looking for a dog transport was made so easy using citizenshipper! I got texts immediately. Lots of reviews and great communication. Would highly recommend.
