GREAT!!!! The best!!!

The driver was excellent five stars. Did an amazing job was absolutely no aggravation. I read his previous reviews some were bad. I guess you can't make everybody happy. He transported my boat exactly the way I wanted him to. He did a great job.

Company does a pathetic vetting process when it comes to contracting drivers. I had a driver accept a job, ask for a $2k down payment, and never does the shipment. I was to have my boat taken across the country. Never happened. Contractor David Goings stopped responding to me. Citizen Shipper assured me via email that they were in contact with him and that he said he is going to pay me. After hearing this song and dance for a few months, they told me I should seek bring him to court. What a joke. I would hope that they have shut him down so he doesn’t steal anyone else’s money but they didn’t do a good job of convincing me that the driver would be suspended indefinitely from the platform, but that did not happen either. Best advice I can give you is to look elsewhere for your shipping needs. They cannot be trusted to have your back.

The first time we met with Steve I felt I could trust him with our cat. He got right down on his hands and knees and introduced himself to Winston rubbed his belly-they got to be good pals. We are so very thankful he took such good care of our cat and kept him safe. He also kept in touch every day and took the cutest photos so we could see him. This was the first time we used this kind of service and we are pleased and would highly recommend Steve. We are so thankful he took such good care of our much loved cat.

The platform was easy to use. I received multiple bid options very quickly. The process to book and proceed was simple and easy to understand. While I can't speak for all the drivers, the reviews of the one I selected were spot on and the experience was great.
