Great "hub" where everything can be seen and everyone can communicate
The quality of drivers that responded. The updated emails. The fee was a bit steep. Used because of coupon available when booked.

Decent enough experience with being able to get bids for shipping, however it was not clear upfront what the charge was just for the service of connecting you with people. The cost was very steep for just that act, which ended up increasing the cost of the service by 30%

Excellent service for shipping needs
I had many options for my shipping needs. I also had a concern a few weeks prior to the shipping date. I messaged CitizenShipper, got an immediate response. They already knew about the situation and all was ok. Had a great experience, would recommend!

Driver took wrong exit
Driver took wrong exit, said she didn't have enough gas to get to my house and she was ready to faint because her blood sugar was low. Phone went dead and I had to call sheriff's department to look for her since she didn't answer her phone. Eventually, she answered. I had to go meet her and add another 20.00 dollars for her to get something to eat because she said she couldn't use the money for food but had to use it for fixing her car air conditioner.
