on time delivery and very courteous

Good way to vet vendors prior to doing business.

Nesta Howell received over $1,000 to commute our pets from Fort Worth Texas to North Carolina. We are here and our pets are still in Texas. Nesta Howell is refusing to refund our money or make good on the delivery. One our pets got sick before living Texas and she abandoned them at the Veterinarian Clinic. The Veterinarian informed us that the cats where cleared to travel and she refused to go and picked them up. Our mother has since picked up 3 of our healthy pets. Abandoned pets ultimately would result in euthanization. We have repeatedly asked Nasta Howell for a refund of all or portion of our money because the delivery of our pets had not occurred. We have repeatedly asked her to deliver them she refuses to do that…We are going to have to travel back to Texas to pick them up ourselves and she has pocketed over $1,000 dollars and fails to deliver what we in good faith hired her to do. This is not the kind of person you want to trust or interact with. Nesta Howell….not to be trusted…very unprofessional!

I like the service, but your website is very poor... Lots of issues... I clicked to create a posting and a message came up and said try again...so I kept trying 25 times... still didn't work logged back in and now I have 25 postings of the same ad... there were a few more issues...you need to revamp the site!!!!!!!....... Thanks for getting back to me!! I do want to say that your service is great - matching shippers to our needs - We found a super person to ship our puppy...they took super care and am very happy... thanks

Reliable, always said and did what was needed.

This company provided top notch service with continuous communication providing us great comfort while transporting our 9 year old shepherd/pitbull. She provided immediate response time when we called and too great care of our dog while friving from Boston To Jupiter. This was a fantastic experience as we were so nervous transporting our dog. SHE IS EXTREMELY RELIABLE AND PROVIDED PEACE TO TJIS EXPERIENCE. 10-STAR SERVICE!! THANK YOU!!
