CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

This was a great experience. -easy process, great service, etc. I definitely recommend this service to anyone needing a 'pet friendly' method to have their pets shipped across country.

Delaney with Del's Precious Cargo was awesome! Great communication with questions, scheduling, pick-up and also during the 4-hour journey of our new puppy. CitizenShipper was easy to use to request, collect, review and accept bids and has affordable service fees. I highly recommend this service!

Great service and communication and the bid was the price thank you

Easy to get bids, great selection, app easy to use. The only complaint I have is that had the transporter not warned me I would not have known their fee didn't include any of Citizen Shipper's fees. That should be more clear. I had to email and request that info, so perhaps make it a little more obvious to potential customers.

Everyone was very personable and attentive. They kept us up-to-date and sent us pictures of Blu. If we ever need him to be transported again, great Dane is exactly who I would call. CitizenShipper sent me a whole bunch of transporters, and I had to review each one and I fell upon Great Dane. I would trust CitizenShipper to do a good job again.

The driver that I chose was amazing! The website worked quickly and many bids came through to choose from. Like seeing reviews before making choice. It's a big deal to entrust your fur baby with a stranger. Thank you for linking me with a great carrier!

Helped us schedule transport of a rescue puppy that we could not send because of CDC temporary suspension of pet cargo.

Worked very well!!
