I had a great experience. I logged on and received lots of bids. I found a very affordable transporter. Citizen Shipper’s fee was pricy in my opinion, but thanks to an online code my fee went from like $100 to $85 or something along those lines. This was just for one state over so I can’t imagine a fee from across the country. But from my experience they were by far the best platform for transporters because of the amount of options and their pricing. I can see why people would be so upset by being ripped off by the transporter and not getting a refund from the company. I can’t imagine spending hundreds of dollars and then the transporter never show and the company not care at all. I do think there needs to be some sort of guarantee bc I wasn’t aware they don’t back their services and that might have changed my mind about using them. I can also see how the company is avoiding losing money by dishonest people saying they never used the service when they did and getting their money back. So there is definitely room for improvement in the process. But I went with a transporter that was very experienced and affordable and had the best experience. For that I’m very thankful to this website. So fort those that use one with good ratings and have no plans to possibly cancel the service, everything will be fine. If plans might change or you are trying a transporter out with no reviews you may want to consider a different website that has a better guarantee.
