After the company I initially booked with started changing timelines despite a prior agreement, I was ready to walk away. But the voucher allowing me to apply that booking fee to another transporter enabled me to find someone who did the perfect job transporting my elderly parents dog 900 miles quickly, safely, and kindly. I will recommend citizenship or but also that people be vigilant. It is too bad that some of the vendors who list with you are willing to misrepresent themselves up front. Thank you

The site is easy to get started with a transport request. Bids from perspective transporters pop up. Showing at the same time users are able to read bids, respond, and research perspective transporters. I experienced a fall-out with my first transporter and had to scramble to find a new transporter. Useful guides how to cancel the first booking I still never found. Customer Service responded even on a weekend how to get a refund on my booking fee ~ thanks Sam! My only recommendation for improvement: I still have no idea how to cancel a transport request, both the one that never happened and the one that occurred. I had a successful transport experience with Puppy Love Relocating and am so greatful for this site.. very helpful when you're so far away.

Ther service is great because it provides an easy way for folks to fulfill a need. However, the site fee is a bit much.

These folks really cared about the service they provided. I stayed informed every step of the way, before & during the transport. My puppy arrived safe, happy and even earlier than expected. I will seek them out if I need transportation services in the future.
