I can't say not enough to discribe the excellent service that Travis C provided. From the moment I accepted his bid to the time of delivery our precious cargo, he was always available, posting pictures and giving us updates. He managed to drive through the middle of the winter storm and have not complained once about the driving conditions. It was a long trip but Maggie was acting like she was very well taken care off. CitizenShipper is very lucky to have drivers like Travis.Thank you Travis and God bless you! May your every trip be safe and successful as this one!

Was an amazing service. My grandma passed away and we needed to get her dog from Kansas City, MO to West Yellowstone, MT. I had her with me within 4 days! Excellent service and we will use again if needed.

Hayley failed to provide transportation for my dog on the date specified in the agreement, and she let me know after 7pm the night before the pickup. She refuses to refund my deposit money even though it was her mistake not checking her schedule. Do not pay her in advance, because if something changes and even if it is her fault she will not refund your money.
Response from CitizenShipperNov 24, 2025
Adina, we’re so sorry to hear about your experience with Hayley and completely understand how frustrating this must have been. At CitizenShipper, we strive to ensure every shipment is handled with an honest and transparent process. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can assist with your shipment and the deposit paid to your driver. We want to make sure this is fully and properly addressed.-Karla

Citizen shipper may have a slightly clunky interface, but it more than makes up for it with the amazing flight nanny I got. Jenny was awesome! I got pictures and updates at every stage of the process. She brought my anxiety for the process down with every text message.

It means a lot to hear that her updates and support helped put your mind at ease. That’s exactly what we hope for with every shipment. We appreciate your kind words and can’t wait to help you again in the future!-Karla
