We understand the frustrations you faced and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. At CitizenShipper, we strive to connect pet owners with reliable and professional drivers for their transportation needs. We regret to hear about the issues you encountered with some drivers, including the cancellation from Animal House and the unpleasant experience with Serendipity Pet Delivery LLC. We appreciate your feedback and take these matters seriously. To ensure the best and fastest resolution, we kindly ask that you contact our dedicated support team at [email protected]. By providing them with more specific details about the incidents you mentioned, they can thoroughly investigate the situation and take appropriate action. We appreciate your recognition of their excellent service. We apologize for any difficulties you encountered while using our site. We constantly strive to improve our platform and driver communication to enhance the user experience. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will use it to make necessary improvements.
