Always on time and I'm 22lbs down

I have lost more than 30 lbs in 4 months on the Tirzepatide. The medicine is always shipped fast in great packaging either alcohol wipes and syringes. My husband lots 30 lbs too. This company is a great price and great product. I would recommend this to anyone.

This is my first time ordering from Citizen Meds and while the $218 has cleared my bank account, I still haven’t received any updates other than they received my initial order and it is processing from May 10th. I am not accustomed to not having updates or communication. I have sent three emails with no response to date. I understand orders take time to fulfill but it has been sitting with a physician since May 10th and no updates. I also paid for overnight shipping, which leads you to believe it is an expedited process, but that is not the case.

This has been the best company to work with! They respond in a timely manner if you have questions. And overalls the process has been so smooth and easy and everything is always on time!

Auto renewal order placed on 05/09/2025. I have emailed 3 times to ask questions and have received zero response. It has been 5 days since they e taken my money with no communication! Also, I understand that with subscriptions the prescription will titrate upward, but Citizen Meds has NOT provided pricing for this. Where is my order???

Obviously, the amount of weight I’ve lost with little effort, (just over 20lbs in 3 1/2 months), is outstanding. The medication is effective, but even more than that, the delivery process, with tracking is efficient and transported with care.

**UPDATE** this website is not a scam, my package is being shipped as we speak! They have reached out to me via e-mail to help remedy the issue. I will try their subscription program next month and see if that goes smooth. I think if this company had better communication it could be 5 stars, they should keep you updated on your order, and respond to e-mails and phone calls within 24 hours minimum.
