I always order from CM. The customer service is outstanding. My only complaint would be that some months my glp is not as good as others. IE the meds seem to be more diluted from one compound pharmacy to the next. I would like for CM to do a bit mor quality control over the different compound pharmacies. For example my last couple of months of meds were great however right now the compound script came from American Life Pharmacy and it is diluted with vitamin rather than what the ratio should be. I say this from experience as I have been on the GLP2 for three years and can personal feel the difference.

I see other companies with discounted offers yet I am your returning customer each month and there are no special offers available to me.

Works but need to continue to up your dose for it to keep working. Have stalled for months now.

No way to speak to anyone in customer service. You can only contact them through email and wait for a response. When I had an issue receiving less than the amount expected I notified them at the end when I was missing the last dose. They would not reimburse me unless I could show the vial full. But I didn’t know it was short until the end. I’ve been a customer for at least two years. Never complained and feel they should’ve sent me the small dose I was missing. Instead they left it unresolved due to a policy which allows for errors that are financially in their favor.

It’s not really cold . I’m worried about that .

Lack of personal communication & No Follow UP

I did not like the double price from 1st month strength and the next step up, which was $300.00 can you imagine what 5th or 6th month would cost if you had to increase each month to loose the weight?
