my med bottle was only half full! So paying for a half full perscription is too expensive.

Delays are now longer than ever. 10-days or more from order date to delivery -- Or longer... And, the review they post ,,, not the facts ... try and post a negative review and see where that ends up... nowhere..

I have concerns that my Tirzepatide that I have been buy for several months has been fake. I was with Citizen Meds for 2.5, 5, and 10mg. I decided to change providers and started at 12.5mg and I was so extremely sick from the 12.5mg, that I truly believe that the titrate was bogus. This is even more concerning that they would send fake meds knowing that this is a possibility and harm people when they take a large REAL dose. Now that the extreme nausea and fatigue subsided from the real medicine, I notice for the first time the appetite suppression and how this medication is supposed to work. I had only lost 10 pounds in 4 months, but was likely a placebo. Be careful. I have no proof other than the 12.5 shocking my system so badly! I had zero side effects on Citizen Meds up to this point. Now I have to go all the way back down to keep from getting sick.

Product is good and working great. Problem is the customer service from what I have experienced is prompt and there but the integrity of the company has me in question. I Ordered second months supply when I ordered it a discount code was available for 20% off. In haste and carelessness I glazed paste the advertised code on their web site. I went back to site to look at something and noticed the code before even my order shipped. So I reached out and got a response that the code will be applied to next delivery and they asked what was code told them. And they said this code ended at midnight sorry have a nice day. I’m shocked. These are not the only doctors prescribing this and there may not be a third more expensive dosage. Way to shoot your self in the foot over a 20% discount. Re: You did not even give me opportunity to cancel order then reorder. As I suggested with a new promo code as I suggested The order never shipped and was not processed yet.and as soon as I said something 15 min later the order was posted but no tracking number. That is real dishonest thing to do and cost you. I have another provider now getting a better quality at a cheaper price due to poor Customer Service and dishonesty. Have a good day.

So Ive ordered from them several times. They had to have changed manufacturers or their recipe because I took a low dose injection & then the nightmare began. Seriously HORRIBLE cramping diarrhea for hours upon hours. Thinking it might possibly be a virus, I waited 2 weeks then took another low dose injection. Same exact thing happened, and its awful. Theres definitely something wrong with this bottle. Previous bottles I had to use a stool softener so its a dramatic change.

I was under the impression I had ordered a SIX MONTH supply NOT a one month supply when I ordered the month 6 for $545. I messaged customer service to say that I had paid for the six month supply and only received one vial as I am now a month and a half in and almost out of medication. They responded and said that no I actually bought a month 6 dosage which is a one month supply. I paid $512 for a one month dose when a one month dose on their site with a discount is roughly $180? They need to change the wording on the site as I was under the impression I was getting 6 months worth for $512.50 ($545 pre discount) because if this is truly the case I would have NEVER switched to y’all and would have still been using my other company where a one month supply of the same thing is roughly $150-$190 not $512. On a different note I think the medication has been working.

The order was fulfilled pretty quick. Once I recieved my package it had 2 small palm size melted ice packs and the vial was warm. The medication had obviously been compromised.
