I placed my order a week ago. I recorded confirmation right away and was charged in my credit card. When I tried to follow up with a phone call and several emails I never got a response back from anyone. I have no idea if I’ll ever get this product and I’m out $188 which I’m very upset about.

From reading the reviews it shows how many people actually take the time to read before they purchase something. A lot of the issues I’m seeing that people are having are simply because they don’t read. You pay for overnight shipping not overnight processing. It states that you have to give 5-7 business days for physician processing so it’s 5-7 days then overnight shipping. Yes the pricing does go up month to month if you are on a subscription unless you tell them ahead of time to keep you at a certain dose. Yes if you are not on a subscription and you choose to up your dose every month the price will in fact increase as well. As for me my dosage has been correct. I had an extra dose in my vial when I tossed it so at least it was more and not less than what I was supposed to have. This is starting my second month I just placed my order this morning. I’m down 13lbs in 1 month averaging about 3lbs or so a week. I did up my dose to Month 2 so I hope it does me well. My appetite suppression slowed down as i approached my last dosage of the month and im sure with the increased dosage we will be back on track. I literally had to force myself to eat before. My customer service experience has been wonderful. In the beginning I accidentally ordered semaglutide and they got me refunded so I could order the Tirzepatide. They responded in less than 24hrs. One complaint I do have and I’m not sure if this is just protocol but I hate that I had to go back through the same questionnaire in order to order my second month as I thought it would be saved to my profile when I created the account. But other than that EXCELLENT!

Awesome customer service and support. Quality products and great promotions help make it more affordable. I’ve had fantastic results with the trizepatide. Just finished my 4th months dose and I’m down 50lbs. I’m very pleased with the results.

So far, I am having a similar experience. The website states that a provider will reach out within 6-24 hours of your order. I feel like I may have been scammed. I read reviews and felt reassured, but now I am thinking some of these people must be paid to say good things, because I have been charged but have received no calls from a provider, nor any other form of communication regarding order status since the initial e-mail that confirmed my order was received. I have now e-mailed twice and have called once, but did not leave a VM based on a previous reviewer mention this in their review, and that the VM specifically states it is better to e-mail vs. leaving a message for faster response. I am giving it another 24 hours, then I am going to ask my bank to reverse the charges and will look elsewhere. If communication is this poor from the gate, it might be best to spend more elsewhere and not look for ways to get healthy while also saving your pennies. I am not opposed to changing my review if I can actually get a person to communicate with me. For now I am feeling foolish, like I must have fallen for a scam, hook, line and sinker.
