Scheduled an appointment as my dr is now retired. Basically was told you have to be off meds for 90 days before they could treat me lol.

Maybe I just had good doctors but I’ve had really good luck and had a great experience to manage my ADHD. The company went out of their way to help with finding a way to get my medication despite the shortage

I would have given a ZERO star if it allowed me too, but then I’m guessing this PATHETIC company would have negative stars! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone looking for great medical care at a decent price. Oh and don’t get me started with their charging $50 if you miss an appointment and don’t call as soon as they feel you should for an emergency. All in all a bad experience overpriced typical medical company looking to just make a quick buck.

Total rip off. They charge 149 dollars for a new evaluation for adhd. But then insist you have a primary care and they make you send proof you have had a wellness visit within the last year. Then they also want all your old records from previous doctors so essentially it defeats the purpose of them evaluating you. This is not an easy process and they make it extremely difficult to be prescribed. I paid the money and paid then just went to another doctor online and they gave me a script based on personal history in 30 minutes. This was a complete waste of time and money.

I am off my medication because the Pharmacy said they never got my prescription and I’m out. Circle has ghosted me for a WEEK and refuses to get back to me, despite multiple messages and voice mails. My only contact to my provider is through Circle, and even looking up her “office number” just yields Circle’s number. I hope no one is using this site for life saving medication

I am shocked at some of these reviews. I used them when I got sick and because Im an asthmatic was having a hard time breathing.. I was paired with Dr. Gary Nadeau. I saw him multiple times during this whole ordeal. He is actually the most caring doctor Ive EVER seen. My insurance was giving me a hard time so he, himself, not the care team, HIM, on his own time called to figure out what the heck was going on. Then, he contacted me multiple times to check up on me. We were both concerned that I may be headed toward a hospitalization. He spent a lot of extra time checking in on me after my appointment. Ive never had a doctor show that level of care or time on men after the appointment was over. Its so easy to talk honestly with him because he knows and admits so many people are mistreated by doctors, he gets why people avoid doctors. He really is the best doctor Ive ever seen. Ive never had a doctor that cares this much.

I have screenshots of all of the following. My Rx is NOT Adderall. Working with Circle Medical has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I met with a provider last week to get two prescriptions filled; one was sent in, and one was not. This is a prescription I’ve taken for years, and I was completely out. I was an established patient, and the provider had sent in these prescriptions before. I was sure it was an honest mistake, so I attempted to contact the practice the next day about the missing prescription. I received no reply. That was a Friday. On Monday, I sent another message. No reply. On Tuesday, I sent yet another message. Several hours later, I received a response indicating they were experiencing “higher-than-normal chat volumes” and would forward my request to the Rx management department. I did not hear back from that department on Tuesday. I attempted contacting Circle Medical again on Wednesday with no response. I also emailed UCSF patient relations on this day, and they were kind enough to forward me the email address for a supervisor there. However, when I emailed this person, I received…I know it will shock you…no response. At this point, I’d been without my prescription for six days. On Thursday, I scheduled another appointment with the provider to ask again that the prescription be sent in. It was the only way to speak with someone about my medical care. I’d like to be clear, though – my provider was wonderful. She was so kind and helpful and horrified when she discovered I’d been without meds for a week. Still – I cannot endorse a medical practice that doesn’t respond to urgent patient messages. This brings me to my final warning about Circle Medical. When I initially contacted them, they indicated that I would have a $25 copay per visit. This is not the case. I was billed $200 for the initial visit to establish care and $100 for every visit after. If you value your healthcare and need prescriptions to be called in consistently, avoid Circle Medical at all costs!
