Yeah going on 4 months and they still can’t get my medication right. It’s takes about 4 tries because the NP continues to write the wrong prescription or writes it wrong to where the pharmacist can’t even understand what they are asking for so they send it back. Then I’m constantly speaking with the pharmacist and support on the issue. Then they have me calling and asking the pharmacist questions. Like isn’t that your job. I’m currently looking for an in person provider because they honestly suck. They do nothing. Anytime I have a simple question they want me to set up an appointment. Those appointments cost each time. This place is a scam

When a person contacts a company like Circle Medical it’s because they need help understanding the personal situation. Circle medical states a fast process and I contacted because I wanted to find. The first meeting they charge my insurance around $200 for a 30 min meeting. I was introduced to the medic and the medic takes basic details. Nothing is addressed on why you wish to discuss. The second meeting is charged at around $200 and I was asked questions about health. This could have been completed by a simple form. At the end of the 2nd meeting I am told to go off to get a blood test by the chosen testing company. I did this and my insurance was charged another $200. I received the blood work result in 24h. Now I have heard nothing from Circle Medical. Zero. So after 3 appointments I have achieved absolutely zero in my needs. The circle medical phone number goes to voice mail, the app is created to make it very difficult to actually send a message and then the reply is never. The Facebook shows a message button but it doesn’t connect to being able to send a message. Simple fact - I want to Circle for help, they took money and time and I am now having to look for a new company. Results out of 10 = 0

Started using them about 8 months ago for ADHD. My doctor has been awesome, stellar, just as good as an in=person doctor. She was very cautious in providing ADHD meds due to my age (61) and had me keep a strict blood pressure log. She also suggested anxiety was part of the problem and prescribed something for that, and she was right. Now I am on a dose that works of both meds. But because Covid rules are going away May 11, I have to have one in-person appointment a year. Circle promised assistance in finding providers but hasn't done anything. My provider is out of the country, and their only clinics are in NYC and San Fran. But my doc told me there is a place for appointments not far from me. They confirmed this via text. However I can't find this facility in Google or on their site to make an appointment. I have asked for the phone number 4 or 5 times and they never provide it. One person offered to make an appointment and even gave me a choice of days, but when I replied he never responded again. Another told me to speak to my provider about an appointment, after I told him she doesn't live in this country. I wrote back and reminded him, never heard back. Chat is the ONLY way to reach anyone and you get a different person each time and no one does anything. I've been written to by multiple people, one time. There is no follow up. The last one said "I'm sorry for your wait, I'll be happy to help you". But when I wrote back asking for assistance with an appointment, she never wrote back. So I have to start all over a 6th time. So bottom line, my doc is awesome, but the customer service here is horrendous. I feel like I'm being dropped off a cliff, after e-mails from Circle months ago promising assistance with in-person appointments.

Yes garbage service as the rest of the posts! They don't respond to your messages or calls. Stay away

It is absolutely impossible to get in touch with anyone at this company. Extremely frustrating experience, very poor patient care and customer service. The doctors are good but the system is horrendous and there isn't enough support staff to respond to patient questions. Would NOT recommend.

I've been using Circle for about 6 months now. I moved from Colorado to Florida and needed a new treatment provider for ADHD. We meet once a month for a video appointment through the app and I see the same doctor each time. In addition, I just had my first general health and wellness check up, again with the same doctor. She ordered blood tests which I had done at a local lab. Our appointments are well-timed, I never feel rushed, and my health questions get answers. Reading through the negative reviews, it looks like a lot of people expecting a quick and easy adderall prescription.

If I could give 0 stars I would what a absolute horrible place to deal with I regret ever singing up and wasting my money BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM

Regularly canceled appointments with no reason or warning. Then just refused to see me with no reason given. Garbage Service
