Make sure it’s in network or you’ll pay a LARGE bill. Just because it says $10 copay, doesn’t mean anything.
The providers are amazing and super helpful. 5 star for the provider and 1 star for the cost. The whole reason I went was to help me with ADHD and potential job loss. Well now I lost my job and I have an almost $500 bill from circle medical for 4 visits.

Terrible service
Terrible service, don't trust their marketing. They just want to rip you off.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received by far!
Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. They are holding my prescription because they need 48 hours to have a “doctor” approve it. Who the hell was my appointment with? Pure garbage!!

Don’t use these people.
Don’t use these people for such important issues. I couldn’t even reach them by phone. I only spoke with doctor once. I received my results from another staff, she diagnosed me with SEVERE obstructive sleep apnea and told me it would be two days to get machine. Four days later, I had to spend money on another appointment just to hear that was bad information. As nice as that customer service woman was, four days later I still hadn’t been contacted about the actual machine. The next day the supply company informed me it would be 5-10 more business dats. When you stop breathing 119 times in 6 hours, it seems to me there would be more urgency. There’s just some reasons to see a doctor in person and buy locally!

Run far away from this place
RUN! I started using Circle about 9 months ago for an ADHD diagnosis and meds. Starting with the first appointment, any time I wanted to schedule an appointment the app would ask for my co-pay via Apple Pay, which it would then confirm through the app before allowing an appt. This first payment went off without a hitch, no problem. There was no reason to believe anything was wrong. I repeated this process for a total of eight appointments over the course of many months. You have to have an appointment anytime you need a refill.
Cut to this week when I woke up to an email from Circle saying that my most recent claim was denied and I was on the hook for $100 for the appointment. I immediately got onto the app and reached out to Support, as this was the first time I had ever gotten any indication that anything was wrong with my insurance, or that I would be responsible for anything more than my co-pay, which again was always handled through the app when scheduling. After lots of back-and-forth, and a phone call to my insurance company, it turns out they weren’t even submitting the claims correctly. My insurance card has a separate mental health provider listed on the back of the card, Circle did not submit to the correct company. All of the claims have been denied, and I have never gotten a single bit of communication. Additionally, even though the circle app appeared to be processing my co-pay through Apple Pay, and giving me a confirmation each time, none of those charges ever went through, either. There is no record or indication available to me that this was happening. Not an invoice. Not a balance due. Not one email, text, or phone call that I was accruing a balance of $275 for every single one of those appointments. There was no way within the app to view a bill, to view a balance, nothing. I have screenshots GALORE to prove this.
Suddenly, I’m on the hook for all of these appointments. It has taken several days of communication through the app, but Circle has “offered” to reduce the amount owed to the self-pay rate of $100 per appointment. That’s $800.
Mind you, these appointments lasted less than three minutes each.
Do not use Circle Medical. Run to your primary care and get a referral to literally anyone else.

Scam
Recently moved across the country and needed someone to simply prescribe me adderall for existing adhd. Needed my whole psych records which, whatever, is besides the point. They tell me they reviewed my records which they say, “revealed my complicated psych history.” I have a diagnosis on my chart of bipolar type II. Any healthcare provider with half a brain knows how commonly misdiagnosed that is and how inaccurate a problem list is in a patient’s chart. Stop trying to be professional when you’re just a glorified prescription pad. Writing this to make myself feel better because it hurt my feelings. Thanks.

Do not give them your credit card info!
Do not use! I stopped using Curcle Medical several months ago due to overcharging, yet I still have to repeatedly dispute charges to my credit card from Circle Medical—they will bill you months later for bogus charges!!
