I’m brand new to the city and don’t…
I’m brand new to the city and don’t have a PCP. I needed a prescription refilled so I set up a virtual appointment. It was easy, and I liked the doctor.

Was never able to fill my prescription
Was never able to fill my prescription. I was disappointed by the Inadequate communication with reps.

I didn’t get the help I needed
I didn’t get the help I needed, the doctor I had prescribed me medication that my insurance didn’t cover and then she had no other suggestion but to join another site she was on so she could prescribed me some other medication. I was very disappointed, I went to them for help losing weight but Instead I lost money for what you didn’t help me. But you have no problem billing me.

I had a great experience initially then…
I had a great experience initially then randomly got assigned a different Primary that I was not fond of so I stopped attending for a while. I got back in and swapped doctors with the help of customer support and I absolutely love my new doctor and her schedule fits mine very well.

Bad doctors and Hippa complaints
Shared my private information over the phone without identifying who they talked to. Took money for services not rendered. Doctors didn't accurately identify issues.
