Had to reschedule my appointment and then told me they couldn’t complete my assessment because I needed to have copies of an XRay my broken ankle from 20 years prior that had absolutely nothing to do with what I was being seen for. They told me they wouldn’t complete the assessment unless I went a got new X-rays for a 2-decade old injury from high school (I’m now 38) and my appointment was regarding my Adderall prescription. I’ve worked in healthcare over 20 years and I understand there are hoops to jump through and boxes to check but if I went to the local clinic to get an X-ray on a 20 year old injury that was causing me no issues… they would laugh in my face because there is no reason for it. No reason for the X-ray means insurance won’t cover and I’m not paying $500+ for an ankle X-ray that I don’t even remotely need.

I had an issue with the generic version of the medication not working correctly and everyone was so helpful in trying to help. I appreciate it!

I loved doing an online chat with the Doctor. I needed test done that had to be ordered from a Doctor and everything went well.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND especially if you need a controlled prescription. There is no immediately available info on how this all works so you basically have to pay $150 to find out that they need a physical. Which is fine but then after that once you get the prescription many pharmacies DO NOT accept prescriptions from them including CVS and Walgreens (as well as several others not in my area). Waste of time and money.

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. We take all feedback very seriously as we use it to improve and create a better patient experience. We do state on our landing pages that we require a physical exam in order to prescribe controlled substances, as we always put the health and safety of our patients first, and most insurance providers will cover 100% of the cost of an Annual Wellness Exam or Physical. I share your frustration with the pharmacy issue, and our team works with many of our patients to assist them in finding a local pharmacy that is able to fill prescriptions when individual pharmacists opt not to. If you are able to, please reach out to us via the chat function of the Circle Medical app (and please make sure to mention my colleague's name, Gemma, in your message), and we can look into this situation from there.

I have a chronic illness that requires monthly medication and I just moved from Florida to Virginia when I ran out of refills. I did not have time to find a new primary care physician, so I researched online medical assistance and decided to go with Circle Medical. Best decision I ever made. They took my insurance so all I had to pay was my co-pay and I had an appointment scheduled the very next day.
