Really enjoy the convenience of virtual dr visits. My doctor is very listens and answers my questions. Thinking I will make them my primary since my old provider no longer accepts my insurance.

UNETHICAL, IMMORAL, PREDATORY PRACTICES
My provider suddenly stopped working with Circle Medical, and I only found out 3 weeks later as I was about to make my follow-up appointment for medication management. Not a single person contacted me within those three weeks to give me a heads up. TO TOP IT OFF, I was told I can no longer get my medication other than going to an in-person visit, when their closest office to me is 84 miles away and with an availability of WEEKS from now. Circle Medical knew of this law change since APRIL and made no attempt to prepare their patients who rely on medication on a monthly basis. This is highly UNETHICAL and I will be filing a complaint with the appropriate state agency.

Ms George has been very kind and helpful during appointments. Making an appointment and using the app is so easy and convenient. When I had a problem getting my prescription the first time, it was very easy to communicate with the chat and support and they quickly responded to the issue. I have already recommended this site to others.
