Great experience overall

Taylor Richardson was great! She’s very personable and answered all of my concerns.

This was the worst experience. I booked an appointment because I had a lump in my belly button. Instead of telling me to go see a doctor in person that could physically examine the lump because they obviously couldn’t via telemedicine they booked the appointment charged me and then told me there was nothing they could do and I’d need to go see another doctor.. I highly recommend that you stay away from this place.

The initial appointment with Matthew Caffey was okay, but then he canceled last minute on the follow up appointment. I rescheduled the appointment, and this time, I just did not feel like he wanted to work with me. I had two different issues that I wanted to discuss and had included in the reason for appointment. Caffey was late to this follow up and then acted annoyed with my wanting to address the two different issues as well as the questions I had for him. He also was going to end the call early, had I not pointed out I didn’t have my full time yet since he was late. Then during the call, he said I could schedule with someone else if I wanted to, which felt unnecessarily defensive and rude when I was just trying to better understand the process. I still set a follow up appointment in an effort to give it one last chance, which he ended up canceling as well. Just felt very unprofessional in the handling and why I did not return as a patient.

Always prompt, responsive when there’s an issue at the pharmacy, and a complete one stop shop for healthcare. Been a client for 2+ years and couldn’t be happier.

In addition to easy appointment scheduling, Circle Medical staff are wonderful, from the courteous and helpful front desk staff, to the lab techs, to the PA-C and online doctors and other staff. There is no doubt that the Circle Medical team members work as an experienced, professional team who care about patients, their progress, and their healing. Thank you, Circle Medical Team!
