Provider Emily Ruckman is professional, intelligent and responds to all requests and messages quickly. I feel that I am in good hands with Circle Medical.

Follow-up Lacking
The visit was great, but the provider follow-up was awful. I even contacted customer support for the lab order and mental health inventories mentioned in my after visit summary and there has been zero communication back.

Excellent and highly recommended
Dr. Campbell is an excellent doctor who genuinely listens, and I never feel hurried during appointments. His caring attitude is evident.

No waiting in a lobby, no traffic 🙂
Very fast response time, easy to make appointments. Communication with office has been easy as you send a message and just wait for the reply. The entire conversation is saved. Psychiatrist is amazing, and is full-time with you. Feels like they’re paying more attention. There’s no other distractions or a line waiting at the door. Alway Alway on time! No waiting in the lobby or stressing about an appointment during work hours. Schedule for the allotted tine and sign in 5 minutes prior. Easy no traffic.

Finding the Support You Need
My recent experience as a whole was not ideal, unfortunately, leaving me without a refill to my prescription. I still don’t have it as of today (2+weeks later). The provider was great, although, I ended up paying out of pocket for a prescription that I could do not get based on residency in a particular state. I followed up immediately on the chat to address the issue and the first “support” that came on was not helpful or listening to me, encouraging me to try things that I already had. We were not getting anywhere. With that said, someone else took over, and even though I have yet to get my prescription, I trusted that she was trying everything that she could. My most recent chat (5 days ago) also went well and I felt in good hands as I tried to find the best options for my next appointment!
