Had a great doctor
Had a great doctor, but one day there was a new PCP on there, and no one can tell me if she’ll be able to continue renewing my prescription. Only way to know is to make an appointment with her , but have to pay $40 for that to happen. Thinking of going back to traditional brick and mortar clinics.

Circle medical recommended a pharmacy…
Circle medical recommended a pharmacy that was not covered by my insurance. Long drawn out process to get this resolved. Still not resolved.

My prescriber always takes the time to…
My prescriber always takes the time to explain everything to me. From dosage to expected side effects I never leave the call questioning what he told me. We also discuss homeopathic alternatives that can also help my condition. He takes the time to really hear what I’m saying and then prescribes what he sees best fits my symptoms!

App and customer service is horrible, but The doctor was wonderful
The doctor was wonderful, but the app and customer service is horrible. No follow up or way to communicate, I have been waiting for my rx for 2 weeks.
