You cannot talk to anyone directly
You cannot talk to anyone directly. Extremely slow to respond to online chat. My last inquiry via chat was never responded to. The process is not well explained. There are many paperwork steps to coordinate prior to access to meds. Your fax machine is not working all the time. And that is left to the patient to follow through on.

My experience with Sandy
My experience with Sandy, is always fantastic. Everything is done in a timely manner, the ease of use, Circle Medical is fantastic and wouldn't use any other tele-health at this point

Get a physical first or don’t bother
The Dr. was fantastic, the maybe best I’ve ever had. The kicker is you can’t get treated until you get a physical from your primary. Ok, so somebody should have mentioned that before I spent money and time to go through a whole online appt, and scheduling to find out I have to go to the Doctor in person. I’m not opposed to it, I just would have done that in the first place. The reason I did online is because my Doctor Could not see me for 2 weeks. So again why would I see my Doctor get a physical, wait for paperwork, upload that to Circle, make another appointment then get treated??? Not what I expected at all.
