BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! THESE DUDES ARE SCAMMERS! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YOUR PROPERTY, FORCED ME TO FILE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM! IVE TEIED CALLING, EMAILS, SOCIAL MEDIA MESSAGES AND COMMENT BLASTED ALL THEIR PLATFORMS AND NEVER GET ANY RESPONSES.. THIS IS A HEADS SO YOU DONT HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHAT SOOOOOOO MANY OTHERS HAVE GONE THROUGH AS WELL... IVE GOTTEN ATLEAST 25 OTHER PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THE LEGAL SUIT ABOUT TO HIT THEM!

Mom bought me a controller for Christmas. Took them 5 months to ship it. I understand building the controller takes times but not 5 months time. Reached out to them express my concerns and all they sent me was an automated “we’re sorry this is happening your controller is being made. We’ll update you on the progress.” Never received any kind of update. Never purchasing from them again. Customer support is awful and takes way too long to actually receive your $200+ controller.

Bought in December. Mid-May and still nothing. No response, no information, or no idea when we’ll be receiving the goods we paid for. Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order in December and still waiting for it to arrive five months later. Communication is horrible. I sometimes get a response saying that it is on its way, but they are waiting on parts, etc.

This company is TERRIBLE! . Please do not make the same mistake I did and order from this company. I ordered my controller on 12/20 and now its May 1st and I still havent recieced it yet. Im trying to get my money back through my bank. You will 100% regret doing business with this company.

My grandson LOVES his controller and this is his second one. The build time and delivery time is absolutely ridiculous. This second controller took about 4 months with not much communication unless I reached out to them. If they could improve their build times and customer service, they would be untouchable.

HEED THE WARNINGS!!!!! This is by far the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. My next step is to get the Better Business Bureau involved. I have been waiting since February 1st for the product to arrive. Since it is now April 27th, I think it is fair to say they have exceeded their 6-8 week promised lead-time. I emailed several times. The first couple of emails were responded to with a standard answer promising they are working on it. I demanded the product or a refund within 1 week on my last email and made them aware that I would seek assistance from the BBB if my request were not met. I received absolutely no response. What a crap company they are! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

After several months of waiting for the new controllers one wouldn’t connect so we had to send it back and wait several more months. The second controller was fine for a month or so and then the “anti drift” was the worst drift I have ever seen. Just tossing the over priced controllers and going elsewhere. What a waste
