an absolute joke of a company. seriously, do not waste your time. I ordered a custom controller from them and a few days later received an email saying that they were out of black controllers to build on, and asked if i would be fine with a white controller instead. After asking a couple questions about the buttons and an estimation of the wait time for a black controller, i got no response. i waited a week and tried opening another support ticket, another week went by and still no response. in total i waited 3 whole weeks with zero response before i finally decided to email one more time and request a refund which thankfully was issued the same day. just dont bother with this joke, and if you do you better pray there are no problems with your order, because if you need to talk to customer service for anything you'll never be able to make any progress.

I bought a gaming controller for my son. Used it 3 to 4 days now. It doesn't work. The trigger on the control does not work. I try reaching out numerous times never got a response back then. Finally, two weeks pass got a response back through email. And they gave me a hard time about the controller, I told them that I just recently purchased it. And they still gave me a hard time beware of these trash ass remotes, they sell!!

Those were the responses from the emails that were answered. There are many that were not. 7/10/2026 my controller arrived! I had it in my hand. It only took 7 months. If they would had quoted months instead of weeks and communicate, things wouldn't have been so frustrating. So far the controller was worth the wait.

I ordered a custom controller for my son's birthday in January 2026 with a custom build time expected between 4-6 weeks per their website. I began contacting them in March 2026 to inquire about the status of the order. We went back and forth for months with them promising delivery by specific time periods. In June 2026, I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company and low and behold the controller was delivered as ordered. Terrible customer service. I would not order from them again. The controller is nice and my son is happy but this whole process was ridiculous.

I will now need to dispute with my CC company. The insult to injury are the almost daily marketing emails from Cinch for various deals and products. Took forever to get my controller and their. Bam 2 games in on bf 1 getting ready for bf 6 release it stops working I got all mouse click controller. And the trigger didn't last 2 days they said it wasn't under warranty. Which PS5 og gives you a years warranty. Don't buy if they are only giving you a 3 month warranty it means their product is trash.

The controller is lighter than your standard ps5 controller. It is made just as good. The feel is great and definitely an upgrade from the standard ps5. Now the negative is shipping time. Took a little over 2 months to get. I ordered an aim controller at the same time with same features and build. The difference was 2 back button on the Damascus pro vs 2 paddles on the aim. Jury is out on which is better and will last the longest. Both are good just cinch build and shipping takes a very long time.
