I have a claim from one year ago, and there has been no less than 20 calls made over it. Cigna says they are going to pay it, but they do not. After doing some research I see this is how they do buisness they just dont pay and they put you off using terms like we are escalating this and we will call you back. These people are thieves with lawyers. I do not care about your sorry because if you were you would do what is right. You are dishonest as a company policy. Randal Kelly

Still waiting for my refund of £609.75 which was taken after my policy was cancelled. I am sure that this is not legal. I have been trying to get my money back fof almost 6 weeks. All i get is it is being done, I have had so much BS from this crowd. Please avoid them like the plague they are not a reliable company. After having a reply from this bunch I am convinced that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. This is the 3rd time asking me if I require help.NO I REQUIRE A REFUND. I will be issuing legal action on monday 14/3/22 for the recovery of this scammed taken money. Advice regarding this bunch, BE CAREFUL.

Atrocious! Great sales people. Now they have your money, no response from emails. Given the runaround on the phone. Just awful service. I'll campaign to have the business policy cancelled. Definitely not renewing. Stay clear away from this company.

Atención nefasta. Cursé una solicitud de alta a través de su web, desde el principio no me dieron ningún tipo de información. Tampoco supieron decirme en qué estado estaba mi solicitud cuando llamé. Sólo me llamaron para hacer la encuesta de salud, y más tarde un mail rechazando mi ingreso por "no cumplir los criterios médicos de la compañía" cuando en ningún momento he tenido ninguna enfermedad grave que me lo impida. Lo peor es que te rechazan sin justificación alguna. Nada de empatía y nada de transparencia. VERGONZOSO

I have been trying to get my transition of care resolved for 2 months now and it is still pending. Customer care is a joke.

My wife and I recently switched to Cigna for Prescription coverage (Medicare Part D). What a mistake. It takes forever and repeated calls for someone to answer the phone. Information supplied by their representatives is often incorrect, especially the cost of covered medications. Last week my wife called Cigna and was told that the cost for a Shingles vaccine was zero. She made an appointment at a pharmacy for this morning. When she arrived, the pharmacist told her that the out of pocket cost is almost $200. My wife then spent the whole afternoon trying to get through to Cigna to be told that the out of pocket cost through Cigna is what the pharmacist told her. Good RX, a free discount service, is around $50.00 less at the same Pharmacy. Cigna will be out of our lives next January.

The hold times are absolutely ridiculous. Every Cigna response to a complaint here is to email them. How about providing an alternative phone number so we can reach a human being without being on hold all day or all night? How about offering the customers on hold the option of getting a call back? Anything would be better than what Cigna has now.
