Deserves No Stars!! I'm with an In Network provider & Cigna won't pay our claims per out contracted rates!! Why does a participating provider have to fight to be paid!??

This is the worst insurance
This is the worst insurance I've ever had. Unfortunately I had no choice with my employer but they are worthless and incompetent with their billing. They tell you one thing on the coverages page but every single claim over this last year has had problems or billed incorrectly. Don't waste your time or money on this company. Their customer service is pointless as well.

It is disrespectful
It is disrespectful; we have been trying to get payment for a crown procedure since 2025, and every time we call—both the dental clinic and the patient—we get the same answer: to wait 5 to 20 business days for the claim to be resolved. They are treating us like fools. We have even spoken to two supervisors (Xiomara Patricia and Veronica B), and they haven't resolved anything either... They keep proving more and more that they are scammers.

Terrible service
I broke my leg a year ago - and am now reflecting on the so called service delivered by Cigna Healthcare, while on an expat assignment and insurance scope.
The experience was an absolute xxxx-show and Cigna performed soooo badly and well below any kind of expectations. Apart from not getting any, I mean none, service or support, I’m still several thousands short and they have closed the case.
STAY AWAY from Cigna for expat healthcare, if you have a choice.
And trust me on this, I used to work in the insurance industry…

Cigna DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE - THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY
Cigna is a SCAM. I pay lots of money for this insurance that I can't even use. They used to be good, but they've gone downhill over the last few years. I used to only pay a $10 co-pay for some medication that I need to take. Then, it went up to $50 co-pay. Now, Cigna doesn't even cover this medication and it's nearly $1000 per month, in which I can't afford. This medication worked wonders for my condition & now I can't afford to take it. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE'S HEALTH. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY.

Be careful- Family deductible doesn't mean familyl
After paying $4,900 out of pocket in medical bills this year, today we learned that amount has NOT satisfied our $3,600 family deductible for our Cigna health insurance plan.
A representative explained that both my husband and I have an "individual" deductible of $1,800 and we must each meet that deductible amount in individual expenses before our $3,600 deductible is met. This information was not detailed or explained anywhere in the documents when we were reviewing and considering plans before the year started.
We deliberately chose this plan for this year due to my pregnancy and hospital bills for delivery. Now, we have paid a large amount out of pocket and according to Cigna, we have only met $1,900 of our deductible.
A Cigna supervisor filed a complaint on our behalf today.
We just want others to be aware and be careful that Cigna does not use "family deductible" the way that other insurance companies do. It's extremely surprising and frustrating not to have each of our claims paid go toward our combined deductible, regardless of which member of the plan the bill is for.
In our situation, we would appreciate a credit from Cigna on our monthly premium to help rectify this situation. All that was stated in plan documents was "$1,800 (single)/ $3,600 (family)" deductible.

Horrible customer service in the vision…
Horrible customer service in the vision side.
It feels like these ladies answering the calls are force to be there.
All they are trying to do is to collect a pay check I guessed.
They are so unprofessional.
