Nightmare Customer Service
We are new to Cigna after a job change. What a nightmare. We cannot find primary care physicians, and I have been trying for the better part of the last three days. I have personally called every doctor's office who is on Cigna's website and "accepting new patients." None of them are accepting new patients until March or May of 2023. The website is FULL of errors. I called a doctor's personal cell phone yesterday--that was awkward. An "imaging center" listed near me is actually a personal home (and the company associated with it is in New York--I'm in California). I have called Cigna several times for help, and everyone is so optimistic that they can find someone at first. Then, they offer to call back and never do. Or the call suddenly is disconnected (it has happened 3 times today!!). And I have to call back and start the process all over...from the beginning. I'm on hold right now, and the noise from this particular call center has been incredibly loud. It's Friday and I'm sure everyone is ready to quit work early, but it's very unprofessional. I'm at my wits end and not really in the mood to hear a party in the background. I'm incredibly frustrated that I am paying for health care this year and not able to even see a doctor.

I am so sorry for the trouble you are having finding a doctor. Please email [email protected] and include your Trust Pilot username in your outreach. I'd be happy to help. - TLC
