El servicio es lamentable. Llevo meses detrás de ellos para que me cubran un servicio incluido en la póliza. Siemore encuentran una razón que, sin existir o estar reflejada en ninguna parte, les exime de devolver la factura. Lamentable

HORRIBLE customer service! Enrolled through the Marketplace. Received numerous request to pay the first paymnet. Their instructions to pay online are incorrect & nit able to do unless you have already paid & got a card. Got another link to pay & after more phone calls, that doesn't work either. Finally mailed a paper check on Dec. 9 & as of Dec 27 still not cashed. Called customer cervice (in Phillipines), got someone that doesn't understand English. Asked for a supervisor who tried to tell me the mail takes 7-10 business days (false) & then 2 more days for them to process. That would be Dec 23. This is the 27th. They did nothing but lie to me & try to make me pay it AGAIN. Called member's customer service & have now been left on hold for 32 minutes still holding. They have no intention of doing anything except waiting until I hang up! TERRIBLE COMPANY THAT I DEEPLY REGRET SIGNING UP FOR ALREADY!!!! ZERO STARS!

Con diferencia la peor aseguradora de salud de España. Es de vergüenza la forma en que gestionan casos complicados con sus clientes. Con oscuridad, falta de transparencia y sin ninguna empatía

Terrible, patetico, normalmente tenía otro seguro que por llamada me podía resolver un poco los síntomas. Al entrar a Cigna el servicio de hablar con un médico es patetico. Básicamente siempre te dicen acuda a urgencias en vez de mandarte algo y si ves que mejoras pues ya está pero que siempre te digan acuda a urgencias por teléfono cuando por otro seguro médico siempre me mandaban e indicaban cosas. NO LO CONTRATES no sirve

The worst Private health firm in the UK by a country mile. Don't waste your money, extremely poor customer experience - I would recommended using an alternative provider.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read my review before you decide to purchase or switch to Cigna, Cigna Advantage or ANYTHING with there logo. This is the WORST insurance company I’ve EVER encountered in my 57 years on this planet. You might as well be uncovered if you choose them. I just recently went back to my old insurance but this past year has been a miserable experience for me while having them. I finally put another grievance complaint in because I was encouraged by a Cigna agent to do it!! In my complaint I stated this past year I’ve not been seen by a doctor because no one I mean NO doctor in my area here in baltimore will take it. 5 medications I’ve been not able to take this past year because they denied to pay for them and this is after I asked the initial agent in the beginning, Patrick assured me over and over they would be covered. WRONG Most I’ve been on almost 20 years and I desperately need. I just received the response back today saying they closed the grievance due to the length of time I’ve been with them. WHAT?? One year? Really? It shouldn’t matter how long I’ve been with you, I’m not able to receive the BASIC care I need much less anything else and YOU DONT CARE?? The doctors in my area refuse to accept you because they told me themselves it’s because YOU WILL NOT PAY THE PROVIDERS!!!! You suck!!! In august I called Cigna and I said ok I’m at a loss here - YOU tell ME who I can go see. They did. I went. I just received a letter from Cigna last week saying your denying to pay this doctor!!!! Wth dudes! YOU TOLD ME TO GO!!! Now you won’t pay the lady!! No wonder no one wants to take you!! I don’t blame them!! I’ve had enough!! I’m outta here!! But believe this, I will slander your miserable name and company to everyone I can and flood social media with it to!! WARNING people about you!! DO NOT GO TO ANY CIGNA INSURANCE COMPANIES PERIOD!!! See ya!!! BTW - pay your bills!! Oh yea PS: look at your reviews!! I’m wasting my time because it’s obvious by looking at all your reviews not just on here that CIGNA DOES NOT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT YOU!! I will say this, mark my words, before 2023 ends you’ll be out of business!!

What a complete total joke this insurance company is. Try getting hold of someone to help you in customer service. You'll have better luck winning the lottery. No wonder they have such a crappy rating. I've made numerous calls to numerous "customer service" phone numbers. I finally hang up after a full hour+ has passed being on hold (and listening to the same stupid short repetitive song play over and over). I will be changing to a different and more respectable provider at my very first opportunity. It's like Cigna is trying to loose customers (and it's working for me). If they can't even have a representative answer the phone, I certainly don't trust them processing any type of insurance claim for me. I can't even imagine what a disaster that would turn into. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING CIGNA FOR ANY OF YOUR INSURANCE NEEDS. Choosing Cigna is one of the biggest mistakes I've made in life. Run - don't walk away from Cigna!
