As everyone else is talking about, they do not pay the claims. They keep bouncing it back and forth, repeating the same questions over and over again. I am going to small claims court. My claim is CS6410073

Har i många år betalat för något jag har ingen aning vad det gäller och vill avsluta försäkringen nu omedelbart.Så hemskt att man inte kan logga in på sina sidor- man bara drar pengar varje månad utan vidare-ingen möjlighet att få kontakt med någon.

En este año mi compañía cambió a cigna desde entonces los medicamentos deldiabetes, los rechasan conclullendo la insulina, en esta semana llame a servicio al cliente despues de 40 min, dialogando me aprobaron el medicamunto por esta ocacion, cuando paso a la farmacia descubro que solo aportaron 25 dolares yo page de deducible 75 dolares, el medicamento cuesta 100 dolares, esto dura 2 semanas, el costo del seguro mensual es de 700 dolares, entiendo que es una fLta de respeto, a mi persona, y una violacion a la vida de mi esposa sin ese medicamento ella no funciona, son inconsiente, espero que la persona que toma estas decisiones sea médico, porque tendrán que gustificar la decisión del medico.

Estoy aterrado. Me esta pasando exactamente lo mismo que a muchos de los que comentan. Tengo el pago pendiente de una cirugia que les avise 10 dias antes y ahora 20 dias despues me dicen que faltan registros medicos que el hospital no les entrega por lo cual decidieron dar de baja el pedido y no pagarlo.

Despite over 80 emails and many phone calls, Cigna has never paid me for a claim dating back to August 2022, for a hospital stay in Singapore. Cigna had agreed to pay and claims to have deposited the funds to my account, but I can see on the funds transfer record a 'reject' notice. Cigna ignores my repeated efforts to settle my claim. I highly recommend NOT using Cigna for health insurance. They are non-proactive, poor at communication, and I now believe I've been scammed.

Ejemplo que ha ocurrido más de una vez: solicitud de consulta médica para mi hija pediatra te dan cita para un mes. Web de la Seguridad Social, tres días. Me he descubierto a mi mismo yendo a la seguridad social tan denostada por todos en lugar de usar CIGNA (PAGANDOLO). Me doy de baja en cuanto acabe el contrato. Editado junio 2023: la respuesta que te dan y que veis abajo de este mensaje es simplemente falso. Escribes y no hay respuesta. Es de cara a la galería para que parezca que se toman en serio las críticas: ABSOLUTAMENTE LAMENTABLE (y además, patético).

My experience with Cigna lies somewhere between TRAIN WRECK and GREEK TRAGEDY. My Doctor made the mistake of prescribing me mediation which required a Prior Authorization. Cigna received this on June 3 as URGENT – per Cigna Customer Service, an urgent request is processed within 3 Business Days. I am on day 15 and still cannot get this medication. Cigna has advised that it is pending medical review. Gee, I thought my DOCTOR was the medical review required for the medication. My bad. Cigna has consistently sent me back and forth between my provider and their office NO LESS THAN a dozen times. I have a follow-up appointment with my physician, under the presupposition that I have been able to take this medication and can report back to her regarding the results, positive or negative. But I can’t take the medication because Cigna cannot (a.) adequately staff their prior authorization Team, or (b.) has through poor management lost my prior authorization, or (c.) doesn’t giving a flying flip about their customers. I need this medication. I cannot get it. Cigna has dug their heals in and refuses to assist. And what’s more, the Prior Authorization Team? Customers are not allowed to talk to them. Only Doctors or Pharmacies. Cigna, you are horrible. Your business model is broken. Your Customer Service is laughable. I am seriously considering cancelling my insurance at my annual renewal and going with Obamacare. Ridiculous. You take my money paycheck after paycheck and yet… you don’t serve the customer. CIGNA is a prime example of what is wrong with medicine in this country. Big corporation who doesn’t offer one iota of care to the people they are charged to serve. I hope your company collapses before you can harm other people with your lack of care. If you have it in your power to get insurance elsewhere, run screaming. This company is a JOKE.
