This company needs to be investigated for the % allowed to charge Medicare Seniors. Also, find out, DOGE, if they are giving kickbacks to lobbyists and politicians. Find out if we got stung by paying our fees by increased paying for illegals as well. This has to stop. Again, an increase from $289.78 to $326.59! And they went from $96.70 to $131.11 for their RX! Where's the skimming and by whom and is the board and administrators over populated employ. Gee... are we paying for EU and World there also.

The worst Insurance Company I ever had to deal with. Inept, inefficient unable to help. When they said appointments were approved for the doctor at least 2 weeks BEFORE the appointment. 6 times in a row the day of my appointment I get a call saying it was NOT approved. They also completely screwed up my start date. Even when I already received the card FROM Cigna. What kind of inept employees do they have working for them. DO NOT sign up with this horrible company

I signed up for the Cigna Dental Plan after retirement and am extremely disappointed. I previously used Cigna while working and was impressed with the coverage. They denied my first claim for teeth cleaning without any explanation, even after the repeal. I'm sad to see that they have changed for the worse. I canceled my account.

phone system is a maze, get a rep don;t understan anything. repeat and repeat info. get put 9n holld, to repeat info to someone else. deplorablle an hor and 1/2 of phone bs. sent me the wrong form. bunch of incompetents only know to put you on hold.! never resolved my issue filed a compliant with medicare

I submitted a claim for an injury that I incurred on 12.17.2024. I submitted it using their online portal and then was asked to resubmit via mail. Which I did on 1/5/2025. I was then asked to upload receipts even I had mailed them which I did in mid February. I called several times and the story was always the same. They needed more information. But then I proved to them I had already sent it. Today April 22 2025 they are telling me yes they received my information but the claim has not been submitted. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. But based on their rating here I doubt they care. And are probably rewarded for finding ways not to pay claims.

We finished our taxes over a month ago but we hadn’t received our 1095B form from Oscar’s+cigna. I called them and updated address etc and they promised I have it a week later. After a week no form in the mail, they can’t email it to you or send it to your portal(FOR WHAT STUPID REASON I HAVE NO IDEA). When I call back the next agent says it will take two weeks and we can’t contact Cigna to expedite it!! Wtf? Oscar isn’t allowed to contact Cigna, are you joking!? Another two weeks go by and no form. I call back again and demand it be sent to my portal as taxes are due the next day. Agent again states that they can’t contact Cigna directly and we have to wait for them to respond and I’ll call you in the am. Morning goes by and no call back. I call again and the agent see all the notes and tries to contact Cigna again to no avail. I ask for a supervisor, he’s on the phone, so he will call me back when he’s done. Well, John H. the supervisor never calls me back nor does he call the next day! So now I have to file an extension because these idiots can’t send me a simple form over the course of a MONTH! THEY TAKE $15,000 a year from me AND THEY DONT HAVE THE COURTESY TO SEND THE FORM OR RESPOND OR CALL BACK THEIR CUSTOMER WHO NEEDS A SIMPLE TAX FORM! If they’re not capable of this then who the hell would trust them with insurance of my family’s health? Sure as hell not me! So thank you John H., I’ll be taking my $15,000 and spending on a company that is organized and follows through! Not some bureaucratic dumpster like Oscar+Cigna that shows complete disdain for their customers and completely fails to do their due diligence. WHAT IF I NEEDED AN APPROVAL FOR A SERIOUS OR LIFE THREATENING SURGERY, ARE THEY GOING TO TELL ME I HAVE TO WAIT AND SEE IF CIGNA RESPONDs? What a joke of a company. IF YOU VALUE YOUR FAMILYS HEALTH AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY.. I was told they would cover a condition but they took it back and wrote an exception later after I got diagnosed.. I WANT OUT OF THIS CRIMINAL COMPANY
