I spoke with Tamira last night regarding diabetic supplies that were available. Tamira was fantastic, she was able to give me information about medical supplies that i was looking for, where i could get them and my copays for them.

I had an extremely helpful customer service agent today who I felt went above and beyond to help me understand claim submission options in a non-straight forward case. I really wish I would have gotten her full name to share for recognition. It makes all the difference in the world when you connect with someone who cares.

I called regarding coverage and to find out if a physician I was referred to was in network. A representative by the name of Lawrence G. went above and beyond to assist me. If Cigna has negative reviews it certainly isn't because of the representative who helped me. He was fantastic. Thank you Lawrence G. I appreciate you beyond words.

La mejor aseguradora de salud en la que he estado. No me ponen pegas nunca, sin ir más lejos el lunes pedí autorización para una resonancia el miércoles y colgué los papeles en la web y el martes al levantarme, ya tenía la autorización. Gracias a ellos tengo a mi hija porque sufragaron parte de los gastos y fue a la que me cambié ya que Adeslas y Mapfre me dijeron que no lo cubrían sin no sé cuánta carencia, a pesar de que ya había estado mucho con ellos.. (la carencia con cigna no existió porque es una cuenta de empresa de mi marido, pero Adeslas y Mapfre eran de mi empresa y supuestamente también eran sin carencia pero a mí no me quisieron ayudar) No sé cómo se puede verificar esta opinión, pongase en contacto conmigo para poder hacerlo. Cigna customer service is top notch. I have been with them over three years. Yes, they deny mri's at times and always approve after a pier review. They have solved my problem every time and the representatives are always friendly and knowledgeable. The Behavioral Health side is amazing. They certainly go above and beyond what is expected.
