I've had Cigna Health insurance for 20 years with no major health problems. My doctor found a large unidentified mass growing in my liver and ordered a CT Scan, which was DENIED after Cigna drug their feet for 11 days. I've made a ton of phone calls but they won't help me. I got the doctor to order a CT Scan for the second time. When I called to check the status, Cigna told me I have to wait 2 more weeks for approval. Then they told me my case was not urgent. It could very well be a terminal illness and these scumbags are going to keep me waiting over 3 weeks. I hope they enjoy all of the money that I've paid them over the last 2 decades and I got nothing in return.

$250 a month taken out of my paycheck just for you to charge me more when I go to every single doctor! Truly disgusting. You’ll never get an extra dime out of me ever. I literally hate you & wish nothings but the worst on all of you pathetic excuses of dirt bag’s.

The worst insurance on earth! Not worth the money. First they do NOT give you a physical card so you basically are put in the worst situation at places like Quest because they want you to sign in at the kiosk. You have to have the physical card to sign in. The one on the app will NOT register. They also deny everything even medications I’ve been on for years. Why would they do that well in short because they are the worst.

THE WORST HEALTHCARE PLAN. Customer service is awful. It's clear they outsource their customer service roles to people that are not competent on their own plans. They were unable to guide me on how to navigate their website.

This was the first time the company I work for offered Cigna Dental Insurance. I had a visit and it was determined that I needed 2 crowns. I signed an Estimate Of Care for $664.00 and paid in full at the completion of treatment. A month later I received a bill for $1,050.00. It turns out that crowns on Molars are not covered. When I visited the dental office to ask about it the office manager and the dental assistant was as shocked as myself. They both had never heard of that. Call me stupid I guess because I did not know teeth other than molars could be capped. I am writing this to help anyone from falling into this trap. I will hold off on dental care until next year when I can return to Delta Dental.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the Billing Department. I have spent a significant amount of time and effort trying to resolve what should be a very simple issue involving an incorrect bill, yet the problem remains unresolved. Despite multiple attempts to address this matter, I continue to receive inconsistent information and no meaningful resolution. This experience has been frustrating, exhausting, and completely unacceptable. It is concerning that such a straightforward billing error has been mishandled for so long, which raises serious questions about the effectiveness of the department and the support being provided to patients. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider pursuing further legal action against PAMF. Additionally, I intend to share my experience publicly to help others understand the level of service I have received. I expect this issue to be reviewed immediately and corrected without further delays. I am also opening a claim at California Department of Insurance (CDI) besides open a small claim at the courthouse. Amanda.

Estando en el quinto mes de embarazo, han sacado de mi cuadro médico el hospital donde me estaba haciendo el seguimiento del embarazo y donde iba a dar a luz, sin darme ningún tipo de opción más que pague yo los costes del seguimiento y del parto y que me reembolsan un máximo de 3000€. Una vergüenza. He intentado que me amplien la coberturas de la póliza y me dicen que como ya estoy embarazada no me lo permiten. Me hice el seguro con cigna única y exclusivamente para poder ir a este hospital cuando me quedase embarazada, al módico precio de 200€ mensuales, me aseguraron que me cubría en dicho hospital, y ahora de repente tras 6 meses haciéndome pruebas y el seguimiento de embarazo me dicen que no puedo seguir. No entiendo que una compañía con tal prestigio no permita continuar un tratamiento ya empezado en un hospital aunque lo saque del cuadro médico de una póliza concreta (con un precio desproporcionado), y más cuando en otras pólizas de Cigna sí está incluido. En su momento cuando contraté no me permitieron nada más que contratar la póliza reembolso 90%, cuando yo quería la completa. En fin, nunca más.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Now I know why Health Spring took over Cigna Medicare. CIGNA SUCKED! I have been waiting for over a year for my acupuncture $300 reimbursement and every time I call I get another "yahoo" that does NOT know what they are doing. The last person I talked to was a supervisor Brian and he said there was an error on their end that another person's claim was attached to my file and that was the reason why it was denied. He told me that they would have to fix it on their end and it is still not fixed. All they keep saying is to fill out the forms again and mail it to us when it cost me over $20 to mail it the first time. The Appeals department has a FAX number and they do no???? Yeah right! This whole thing is BULLSHIT! You wonder why you loose customers, this is why.
