Absolutely hate this company
Absolutely hate this company! Their customer service is horrendous, and getting them to pay a claim is a battle every single time. I have a claim I submitted in 2024 that's still outstanding, and every time I call, they lost some document that I have to resubmit and then they have to review it in the next 30 days, and they just keep dragging. It is hell dealing with them! Highly DO NOT recommend!

SCAM. Do not choose Cigna for your employees
Have to file claims vis MAIL, hello 21st century? But that's actually very smart, this way they can pretend they never received the claim. This company is a scam.

I wish I would have read the reviews before signing up. 47% more complaints than the average says a lot. Surely the agency that regulates them will do something.

They are thieves
THEY SUCK !!! Stay away from them . ZERO STARS 😠 I’ve been trying for months now to get a reimbursement for my baby’s birth and I always get told the same thing . “ A check has been sent you should receive it soon” I have not received anything yet its been months . Everytime I call for an update they always tell me the other person submitted it wrong or there’s an issue . They are thieves . I would not recommend this insurance to anyone .

My company changed from Blue Cross and I am devastated. No copay or benefits provided at all. Meet a high as heck deductible before copay visits. The worst insurance I have ever had. Cigna is absolute garbage.

the worst costumer service ever
the worst costumer service ever. Every time I got transfer I had to repet my issue. I got transfered at least 5 times, it seems noneone knows where the problems is. I wasted 3h calling the different phone numbers they gave me, and responding their calls back was useless, they did noy why they were calling me: i had to over explain everything.
