The cigar I received were of high quality. All 5 cigars were remarkable.

I had one cigar that was impossible to smoke yet they lived up to there guarantee and sent me a replacement that was a different brand. Support team is excellent.

I’ve been a member for more than three years now. I don’t think I have ever received a cigar that was of poor quality at the fault of Cigar Club. The quality of what they send you is good for the price you pay. I enjoy letting them select cigars for me because they often make selections that I would not pick myself at the humidor that I really enjoy. I am also a member of the customs. They are a little more hit and miss but sometimes when they hit you really get some awesome sticks that you can’t get anywhere else. I live in a small town far from any major city so I don’t often have the opportunity to get to a good cigar store and like most people I am really busy so the convenience of getting a box of good cigars sent to me once a month works well. I have recommended Cigar Club to many friends and colleagues over the years and will continue to as long as they keep up the good work.

Quick service and quality products

I would start off with waiving the shipping fee for the customers that have a subscription with the company. So far for my first order from my subscription the cigars selected weren’t as great but except one. I have read reviews that Cigar Club sends their dead stock but I’m trying to give the benefit of the doubt. I’ll review again once I get my second order coming soon.

The selection chosen were all very good cigars. I appreciated the way they were packaged using a humidification pack. This verified that the cigars were ready to enjoy as soon as they arrived. I have a humidor but I was able to take the package camping as a portable humidor.
